Normally you can find me in chilly San Francisco, California, which I'm proud to call home. From time to time, though, I go other places to warm up. Here are a few upcoming trips and appearances.
I'm so excited to be coming back to UX Week. I'll be sharing my recent research on the modernizing of the user experience field and its relationship to the customer experience discipline.
I'll be speaking about the customer-obsessed enterprise. This talk will look at how leadership and culture influence an organization's customer-centricity. I'll also be introducing presenters from Cadillac, Capital One, and the New York Mets who will explain the changes they're making in their companies.
